Cancellation Policy
I understand that plans can change. To secure your place on the course, full payment is required at the time of booking. * Cancellations made more than 2 weeks before the course start date are eligible for a full refund. * Cancellations made less than 2 weeks prior to the course start date are non-refundable. Please note prior to undertaking any course or retreat you will be required to complete a a participant intake form which I will email to you. This must be completed in full and returned to me before at least 72 hours before the start date. This is to ensure your safety and provide me with the opportunity to identify and discuss any issues that may prevent you from taking part. If for any reason I deem you unable to take part, a full refund will be given. If the form is not returned 72 hours before the start date, you will be unable to attend and a refund will not be issued.
