2. Using My Website
You agree to use my website and services:

3. Booking & Payments
* All bookings must be made through my website or approved booking channels.
* Payment is required in advance unless otherwise stated.
* Prices are shown in Pounds Sterling and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
* I reserve the right to change prices, but confirmed bookings will not be affected.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
* You may cancel up to 2 weeks before the class/course/retreat for a full refund.
* If you cancel after this time, a refund will not be possible.
* If I cancel the class, you will be offered a new date or a full refund.
5. Health & Safety
* My mindfulness and wellbeing services are for general wellness purposes and are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
* Always seek advice from a qualified healthcare provider if you have health concerns.
* Participation in classes is at your own risk. Please inform me of any relevant health conditions before taking part.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on my site - including text, images, videos, course materials, and logos - belongs to me or my content providers. You may not copy, distribute, or use my content without permission, except for personal use.
