We at The Mindfulness Uplift are working to make our site www.themindfulnessuplift accessible to people with disabilities.

At The Mindfulness Uplift, I believe mindfulness is for everyone. I am committed to ensuring that my website www.themindfulnessuplift.com is accessible to all visitors, regardless of their ability, technology, or circumstances.

I aim to meet or exceed the accessibility standards set out in the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA and comply with relevant UK laws, including:

* UK Equality Act 2010

* UK Public Sector Bodies (Websites and mobile Applications) Accessibility Regulations 2018 (where applicable)

* EU Web Accessibility Directive

My Commitment

I have designed my website to be:

* Perceivable  - Information is presented in ways users can see, hear, or otherwise perceive.

Operable  - All functionality is available via keyboard, screen readers, and other assistive technologies.

Understandable  - Content is clear, consistent, and easy to follow.

Robust  - Compatible with current and future assistive technologies.

Acessibility Features on My Site

* Text alternatives for non-text content (Images, Icons).

* Clear headings and structured HTML for screen readers.

* Sufficient colour contrast for text and interactive features.

* Responsive design that works across devices and screen sizes.

* Forms with labels and instructions.

* Avoidance of flashing content or media that could trigger seizures.

Ongoing Improvements

I regularly review my website and welcome feedback to improve accessibility.  Whilst I strive for full compliance, some older content or third-party features may not yet meet the same standard - I am working to address this.
