How long is the 8-week course?
The 8-weekMindfulness Now course is designed to run once a week followed by daily home practice. This structure encourages habit formation and ensures you gain the maximum benefit from each session.
What can I expect from the retreat day?
My mindfulness experiences provide a calm environment where participants can immerse themselves in guided practices, uplifting stories & poems, and reflection time, aimed at fostering mindfulness and relaxation.
Who can join the classes?
My classes welcome individuals of all backgrounds who want to learn practical mindfulness techniques to reduce stress, ease anxiety, and bring more calm to everyday life.
Are the classes online or in-person?
My sessions are held either online via Zoom or in person in Calverley Village, Leeds. Online sessions give you the flexibility to join from the comfort of home, while in-person sessions are held in a calm and tranquil setting, providing space to step away from daily demands and immerse yourself fully in practice. Whichever format you choose, each session is designed to help you pause, reconnect, and nurture a deeper sense of presence.
How do I sign up?
You can sign up for online Zoom courses through my website by visiting the 'book online' tab 'Courses & Sessions' section and selecting the session that interests you. Registration is easy and straightforward.
My in-person mindfulness sessions are held in Calverley Village, Leeds between 6–8pm on weekdays and between 9am-5pm on Saturdays.
