Our products are custom‑printed and shipped on demand. Orders typically take 2–7 business days to be produced, then standard delivery may take 5–20 business days, depending on your location.

3. Delivery Times​

Please note: delivery times are estimates and may be affected by postal delays, customs checks, or events beyond my control.

4. Shipping Costs

*Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or included in the product price if free shipping is offered. We work with global production partners to deliver your order as quickly and reliably as possible.

5. Tracking Your Order

* Tracking info will be provided once your order ships.

6. Customs & Import Duties

* If you order from outside the UK, your order may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or duties charged by your country.

* These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in my prices.

7. Damages or Lost Orders

* If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and product.

* If your order is lost in transit, I will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
