2. Processing Time

* Orders are processed within 7 working days after payment is received.

* Orders placed on a weekend or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times from dispatch:

* UK 3-5 working days.

* EU 14 working days

* International 21 working days.

Please note: delivery times are estimates and may be affected by postal delays, customs checks, or events beyond my control.

4. Shipping Costs

* Shipping costs are shown at checkout and depend on weight, size, and destination.

* From time to time, I may offer free shipping promotions - these will be clearly stated on my website.

* Where available, I will provide tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
