Refund Policy

At The Mindfulness Uplift, I want you to feel confident when booking a class, course, retreat day or purchasing a product from www.themindfulnessuplift.com. This refund policy explains your rights and how I handle cancellations and returns.
1. Digital & Online Courses
* For pre-recorded courses, digital downloads, and online marketing materials, you have the right to request a refund within 14 days of purchase unless you have already accessed, downloaded, or started the content.
* Once you have accessed the materials, the refund period ends (as allowed under UK/EU digital content laws).
2. Live Online & In-Person Classes/Courses
* You may cancel your booking up to 14 days before the start date for a full refund.
* If you cancel after this period, no refund will be given.
* If I cancel a session, you will receive a full refund or be offered a suitable alternative.
3. Physical Products
* If you purchased a physical item (eg book, meditation cushion, journal), you may return it within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund, provided it is unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.
* Return postage is your responsibility unless the item is faulty or damaged.
4. Faulty or Damaged Items
* If your product arrives damaged or faulty, contact me within 7 days with photos, and I will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email shivon@themindfulnessuplift.com with:
*Your name and order number.
* Details of Purchase
* Reason for requesting a refund
I will process approved refunds within 7 working days to your original payment method.
6. Non-refundable items
I cannot refund:
* Gift Cards or Vouchers
* Downloaded or accessed digital content.
*Services already attended or completed.
