My Journey

The Mindfulness Uplift was founded by accredited Mindfulness Now Teacher Shivon Waterhouse, who is passionate about supporting mental well-being through accessible mindfulness practices. My mission is to empower people to find relief from stress and anxiety through the Mindfulness Now programme, developed by Nick Cooke at The UK College of Mindfulness Meditation

Alongside this, I’ve created my own range of mindfulness experiences — unique blends of meditation, visualisation, poetry, stories, and reflection — designed to help you reduce stress, improve sleep, and restore balance in everyday life.

Each experience offers a gentle, immersive space to pause, breathe, and reconnect with yourself.

HOW TO BOOK

Online Zoom Session

You can sign up for online Zoom sessions through my website by visiting the 'book online' tab 'Courses & Sessions' section and selecting the session that interests you. Registration is easy and straightforward.

In-Person at Calverley Village, Leeds

My in-person mindfulness sessions are held in Calverley Village, Leeds between 6–8pm on weekdays and between 9am-5pm on Saturdays. These  times offer my clients a wonderful opportunity to unwind after the day, step into a calm and tranquil space. To enquire about availability please email shivon@themindfulnessuplift.com
